Our Process

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE ORDER:

• If you wish to purchase the actual pre-production sample (FSS) for an order, you may do so for the cost $70.00 per piece.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE:

• Production is typically 10-20 business days from receiving approved artwork, sizes, and numbers completed on the order form and full payment. We cannot guarantee delivery until all these pieces of the order are received. Occasionally, production moves to as long as 20-30 business days at peak times, but generally, 20 business days is sufficient. 
• Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days (depending on your location).

Approve Mockups

Approve Mockups

Whether you simply start artwork, or begin a new order, you will receive mockups within 3-5 business days to the email you provide us. When these are approved, and payment is received your order is placed and goes into production.

Deposit.

Once your order is in production, we will begin with your Full-Size Samples (Use Reservation to get this done ahead of time). We will create one piece of any custom piece in your order and receive your approval. This can be shown to your customers and will save you a ton of headaches! This ensures no design-related issues for the entirety of your order or any future reorders!

We will send you an invoice when your order is ready. An Order is placed into production once we have received approved mockups, approved/complete order form, and payment.
